Seam Coating and Curing System

It works together with Can-body Welder. As you know after rounding and welding (Can-body Welder), there will be a seam on the can-body. It will get rusting if you don't do anything to it. That's not good for tinpalte can store, expecially not good for food and beverage can. In order to protect the seam, to make sure the can could be store for a longer time, the seam has to be coated with a certain material. That's why this machine is needed. It can coat the seam with coating systemand cure the coating material with curing system.The coating system has twooptions, powder type andlacquer type (inner coating).Andthe curing system has three options, Gas heating system, Electro heating system, Electromagnetism system.Main technical data:For
